PiECE sells used and new items; for the former signs of wear and/or usage should be expected. Any exceptional condition(s) will always be noted and more detailed photographs and condition reports are available upon request.
PiECE is committed to providing you with a secure and satisfying online shopping service. You can place your order by phone or e-mail.
To order by e-mail, please click on the various categories and add the item[s] you wish to purchase to your items, or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name, shipping address for delivery, telephone number and description of item(s) you wish to purchase.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal and business cheques, international money orders and electronic transfers. Personal and business cheques must clear before shipping (5-7 working days). All items will be shipped within 3 working days once payment has cleared and is available to PiECE.
All shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Each item we stock will have differing carriage costs due to size and weight.
Customers are required to contact PiECE on +44 (0) 207 993 6959 or via email at email@example.com stating the item description and their relevant address (including postcode). An accurate shipping quote for individual items will be supplied to the customer within 24 hours.
All goods are bought and paid for in the UK. All international shipping costs are borne by the customer. Smaller items are shipped via courier service. Large items are shipped by professional international shipping firms.
All quotes include packing, casing, export documentation, customs clearance and handling charges, delivery to the designated address. Customers are responsible for the shipping insurance of individual items.
It is possible to cancel an order providing the goods have not been dispatched. To do this please quote your order number and any appropriate delivery reference numbers in writing. Unfortunately if the goods have been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel an order.
